Mobile App Privacy Policy

The native iOS and iPadOS app does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party runtime SDKs. The developer does not collect personal data through the native app.

The bundled game catalog and images work offline. Your favorites, collections, plans, worlds, reminders, and preferences are stored locally by default.

Local storage is the first-launch default. If you explicitly choose iCloud storage, companion data is transferred to your private CloudKit database in your Apple account. The developer does not receive or have access to that private database.

You can transfer between local and iCloud storage from the app's settings. The app creates recovery backups and verifies the destination before changing the selected storage mode. CloudKit synchronization is operated by Apple and can be delayed or unavailable based on your account, connection, and system status.

Exported backup files are created when you request an export and are sent to the location or app you select in the iOS share or document picker. Storage transfers also retain a recovery backup inside the app's private storage. Imported and recovery-backup content is processed on the device or in your selected private storage mode.

Reminder text and schedules are provided to Apple's local notification system. Public catalog titles and app links can be added to the on-device Spotlight index. Widgets read the selected entry or saved-world snapshot from the app's private shared App Group container. The developer does not receive this information.

Opening a public support, privacy, or catalog link can send ordinary web request information to the website's hosting provider. Website practices are described in the general website privacy policy. The native app does not include a general-purpose browser or a Live Game connection.

Apple may process App Store, iCloud, notification, device, crash, and diagnostic information under your Apple settings and Apple's privacy policy. If you choose to share diagnostics with developers through Apple, that access is controlled by Apple's services and your device settings.

On-device data remains until you delete records in the app, reset the relevant feature, remove exported backup files, or delete the app. Data in your private iCloud database follows the app's transfer and deletion controls together with your Apple account and iCloud settings.

You can deny notifications and disable Siri and Search access without losing the offline catalog. Removing a widget stops that widget from displaying its selected snapshot.

The app is a general-audience game reference and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because the native app does not provide accounts, public posting, chat, or user-generated content, it does not ask children to submit personal information.

This policy will be updated before a release adds a data practice, service, SDK, or feature that changes these statements. The effective date below identifies the policy reviewed for version 1.0.
