Stationary and cannot attack directly. Kill or trap summoned Mant Warriors first, then attack the Queen freely. One Sleep Dart puts her to sleep for easy damage. In Phase 2 she drains sanity and freezes animations; use 3 Ice Staff hits to freeze her and bypass this phase.

Attack Pattern

Cannot attack directly. Phase 1: Causes earthquakes and summons Mant Warrior Eggs. Phase 2 (low health): Blows into tail to drain sanity and freeze player animation. Heals 1 HP per 4 seconds throughout the fight.
